First impressions: Kidari Sushi Yatai in Philadelphia

I was thrilled to recently learn that my old “Graduate Hospital” neighborhood in Philly was finally getting a sushi restaurant! So I wasn’t suprised earlier this year when I saw they were “closed for a re-opening in February.” What I wasn’t sure of was whether the sushi bar was just getting a facelift, or whether new operators/owners were involved in making for a better sushi experience.
