Kale - It's what's for dinner

This past month has been all about the kale for me, as we await the spring produce season and have to “make do” with heartier greens like kale, available in decent quality through the winter. I’ve been determined to really explore all the different things you can do with it: saute with bacon (naturally!), make chips, make Japanese style, bake with chicken…and just about all of it has come out delicious!

So I’ve created a new page for Easy and Delicious Kale Recipes to keep record of all my kale-cooking adventures so far…I’m sure I’ll be adding to it in the future! I’ve also bought some Italian Kale seeds via Seeds from Italy which I’m really looking forward to enjoying this summertime.
