Cookbooks vs. Online Recipes: The Growing Debate
My cookbooks. Well, some of them.
When it comes to cooking at home, which do you prefer: browsing through your cookbooks, or going to the internet to search for recipes? “Googling” may yield faster results, but are they as good as you can find in a classic tome on cooking?
That’s the issue raised in my new piece Traditional Cookbooks vs. Online Recipes at Squidoo, where you can sign in on one side of the debate or the other after reading the arguments pro and con. I also had fun illustrating the article with some cool vintage artwork and photography…I just hope some day that cookbooks don’t just become a “vintage” decoration of the past as well!
