Winter White Pork Chili

Winter White Pork ChiliWinter White Pork Chili is a recipe I came up with while working my way through all that fresh pork meat I ended up with this Fall. We’re still working hard on enjoying it all – and enjoying it we certainly are! We’ll likely have another porker ready to butcher in a month’s time so I’d better start clearing out more freezer space.

In any event, this is a great and simple white chili using ground pork, beans and yummy winter veggies like parsnips. If you’re looking for a change of pace from the typical “red chili”, why not try this recipe out?
