Winter White Pork Chili is a recipe I came up with while working my way through all that fresh pork meat I ended up with this Fall. We’re still working hard on enjoying it all – and enjoying it we certainly are! We’ll likely have another porker ready to butcher in a month’s time so I’d better start clearing out more freezer space.
