How to Make Pizza at Home
Who doesn’t love pizza?
Ok, I’m sure there are a few strange people out there who don’t. But part of the problem may be if you think pizza has to be the heavy, sloppy, greasy fast food so prevalent from take-out restaurants and pizza chains. The truth is pizza can be wonderfully delicious, fresh and nutritious and it’s not that hard to make wonderful pizza at home. I fell in love with “real” pizza while in Italy, and since then it’s become one of my favorite foods to prepare.
